These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LoneSlice website and purchases from LoneSlice. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Products and handmade variations
LoneSlice sells handcrafted kitchen, bread, and barbecue tools. Wood grain, color, texture, and other natural or handmade details may vary slightly from photographs. These normal variations do not make a product defective. Product dimensions and descriptions are provided in good faith and may include reasonable handmade tolerances.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Prices, payments, and order acceptance
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be shown before an order is submitted. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. LoneSlice may reject or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, an incorrect price or description, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill the order. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping, preorders, and delivery delays
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Product-specific or preorder timing shown on the product page or at checkout controls over general estimates. If no shipping time is stated, LoneSlice will use reasonable efforts to ship within 30 days. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, LoneSlice will notify the customer and provide the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law. LoneSlice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or events outside reasonable control, but this does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item reports, and order cancellations are governed by the LoneSlice Refund and Returns Policy. Custom, personalized, used, and final-sale items may have additional restrictions disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.
Care and safe use
Knives and cutting tools are sharp. Customers must follow product care instructions, use appropriate cutting surfaces and safety practices, keep sharp tools away from children, and use products only for their intended household purpose. Inspect products before use and stop using any product that appears damaged.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with site security, misuse purchasing functions, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that burdens its operation, or use site content to violate law or another person’s rights.
Unless otherwise stated, LoneSlice owns or licenses the site design, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, and other materials. You may not copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review or other content, it must reflect your honest experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or contain another person’s private information. LoneSlice may moderate or remove content for these reasons but will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative.
Site availability and disclaimers
LoneSlice works to keep site information accurate and the store available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its informational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Product warranties, if any, will be stated with the applicable product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoneSlice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law
LoneSlice may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply going forward and do not rewrite terms already governing a completed purchase unless required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without limiting consumer protections that apply where a customer lives.
